- It is best to arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. We may not have availability to accommodate you for the whole duration if you are late.
- We have 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for one or two people booking, a 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for groups (more than three people). Less than 24/72hour cancellation/rescheduling will incur a penalty fee/voucher needs to be redeemed.

Your Xmas promotion Head to toe package journey begins at your feet, with a 30 minute foot massage including soak, spearmint scrub and foot massage, enjoyed best while sipping on our complimentary traditional Japanese tea and sweets. Enjoy this relaxing moment with your friends or our therapists.
Then you will have a deluxe Hot stone massage, gentle pressured soothing style. Your treatment will incorporate Hot stone therapy (warmed smooth granite or Jade stones at 54 deg are used for the treatment) into an exquisitely nurturing. Utilising the techniques of both oil massage and Hot stone therapy. Firstly, your therapist will place the warm stones on specific points and meridians of the body, focusing on blockages within the physical or energetic body, releasing and freeing you from anything blocking the flow of your physical, emotional, spiritual or mental health. The heat from the stones warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to work deep within the muscles during your full body oil massage, and the warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system. This produces a deep state of relaxation and mental and physical healing.
Finally, you’ll enjoy our Spa facial treatment with the new Hydra Plus Ampoule which is 5x more concentrated. Your skin will look plumper, fresher and intensively nourished!
