SHIATSU MASSAGE

Japanese Shiatsu massage is a traditional Japanese therapy that works on particular body points to relieve blockages in the body’s energy flow and stimulate blood flow. 

JAPANESE SEITAI MASSAGE

It is translated from Japanese as ‘Bone Therapy’. It so is very effective for postural, neck and spinal conditions through non-invasive massage techniques without using direct manipulation of the spine.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

For those with specific muscular-skeletal complaints or injuries, book in advance for a remedial massage. All major private health funds are covered.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Treatment will incorporate warmed smooth granite or Jade stones at 54deg are used for the treatment) into an exquisitely pampering, nurturing and holistic healing massage.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.  Our highly trained staff will customise your treatment around your specific needs and condition.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Benefits of a pregnancy massage include a reduction in swelling and anxiety, relief of muscle cramps and back pain, a decrease in depression symptoms, soothing the nervous system as well as helping to prevent insomnia.

REIKI

During a Reiki treatment, the therapist will direct Ki as a gentle flow from head to toe along the front and back of the body, by placing and holding their hands on specific positions for several minutes at a time.
Please note:
  • We cannot perform any treatments if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Pregnancy massage, Head to toe/Perfect harmony /Float away/Healing hands package with Pregnancy massage upgrade can be booked if you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester.
  • If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
  • Any packages or treatments can be booked in a double room for a couple/friends/family session if you inquire in advance. Alternatively, you can book online and request a double room by leaving a comment in the note section. (*Except for Float session.)
  • We have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for booking for one person or two people, a 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for group booking (more than three people). Cancelling/Rescheduling less than these timeframes will incur a penalty fee/full amount of the booking.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may not have availability to offer the whole duration of your booking.
