We recommend trying our signature de-stressing and calming Japanese Shiatsu massage, either on its own as part of one of our great packages. For the ultimate de-stress combine your shiatsu with a float in our Float Away Package! Enjoy our healing and nurturing spa services, all performed in our luxury Japanese inspired modern oasis whilst being served and treated by highly skilled professional therapists. For those wishing to make the most of their private health insurance, we also offer rebates for Remedial massage bookings (with HICAPS facilities available) and Japanese Shiatsu bookings made with remedial therapists.   We would like to create a gender-neutral environment. INFRARED SAUNA

We now have one person sauna on the ground floor and two person sauna upstairs. Enjoy the detoxification, sleep enhancement, relaxation and muscle recovery benefits of an infrared sauna, our latest addition at Sensu Spa.

Please note:

We cannot perform any treatments if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Pregnancy massage, Head to toe/Perfect harmony /Float away/Healing hands package with Pregnancy massage upgrade can be booked if you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester.

If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.

 

We have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for booking for one person or two people, a 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for group booking (more than three people). Cancelling/Rescheduling less than these timeframes will incur a penalty fee/full amount of the booking.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may not have availability to offer the whole duration of your booking.
